Telluride’s Capella resort supports Palm’s “Butterfly” gala with Japanese tapas

Chef Kenny Gilbert Headshot - Capella Telluride The Telluride region's newest resort, Capella, which opened February 12 to rave reviews, is a Met: Live in HD! sponsor. In support of the Palm's gala, the hotel's award-winning executive chef, Kenny Gilbert, has created a Japanese-themed appetizer buffet for the two intermissions, included in the ticket price – $40 for adults and $25 for students and children, reserved seating.
