Anyone who knows her knows that Telluride Inside… and Out’s fashionista, Kristin Holbrook of Two Skirts, is not one to mince words or skirt issues. On the subject of skirts for Spring, for example, she is characteristically unequivocal. Spring is all about the birds and the bees – and, according to Kristin, skirts: casual, artsy and softly tailored. More than any other piece of clothing, skirts change shape year after year. This season, skirts are short and flirty, tubes and pencils, straight and swinging, mostly printed to mix and match with more muted shades.
