Annie’s classes emphasize breath work to integrate the mind and body and include an basic understanding of the philosophy behind the ancient art and science of Yoga established about 5,000 years ago.
The retreat at Maya Tulum welcomes students at all levels of practice, from beginner to more advanced yoginis.
