[click "Play", Erik Dalton talks about the clean-up day on the San Miguel]
It’s an established fact: Telluride’s Jagged Edge is more than a store. It’s central ops for a community of river rats with heart: people who choose to give as much as they get from living and paddling in the Telluride region. Case in point, Jagged Edge hosts the 2nd annual river clean-up, using kayaks to access otherwise-tough-to-reach sections of the river. The event takes place Wednesday, June 9, starting at 1 p.m. Anyone with a river craft is welcome to join the regulars from the San Miguel Whitewater Association.
