We are so pleased to participate in the Telluride Inside Blog.  Check this section of the Blog — entitled Telluride Institute News – every second Thursday for updates concerning all Institute events and programming.

Last year, The Telluride Institute celebrated 25 years of service from its high altitude home at the headwaters of the San Miguel River. Besides continuing its “prime directive” in environmental education through the Watershed Education Program (WEP) and the Bridal Veil Living Classroom (BLVC), TI continues to pursue a variety of educational programs, workshops, public lectures, and “Ideas Festivals” that extend TI’s mission throughout the watershed.

Current TI programs and Projects include the following:

  • Watershed Education Program, Laura Kudo, Director

  • Watershed Puppets, Sally Davis, Director

  • Bridal Veil Living Classroom (BVLC), Alessandra Jacobson, Director

  • Mushroom Festival, Art Goodtimes, Director

  • The Tibet Fund, Elisabeth Gick, Director

  • Watershed Atlas Project and Exhibition, Dan Collins and Pam Zoline, Curators

  • BagIt the movie, Suzan Beraza, Director

Future posts will be devoted to news from specific programs and projects underway at the Institute.
