19 Dec Telluride Ski Resort hosts World Cup Snowboarding

The Giant Slalom gates have been pulled down, Lower Misty Maiden has been regroomed, things are returning to normal on the ski mountain in Telluride. The circus has left town. But it was great while it lasted.
The World Cup snowboard event was a blast to witness. Telluride Inside… and Out was able to shoot on the GS course during the finals, and got to move around for some good photo angles on the Snowboardcross course as a global group of adrenaline junkies provided some wonderful spectator action on Friday, December 17.
I wasn't able to be on the course for the Snowboardcross team competition on Saturday, but I understand there were plenty of thrilling contests there too.
Congratulations to all the riders; well done to the Telluride Ski Resort for a well-run event. We'll be here when the circus returns to Telluride.
