Cottonwood Ranch and Kennel has become a favorite place for boarding dogs and general training of all breeds. But Ted Hoff originally made his reputation training hunting dogs. In this video, Ted brings his two year old female Lab, Mae, along to provide a pattern for the young Labrador he is training.
Note that the training methods still call upon the skills he has been teaching all along. Patience, repetition and praise, a clear expectation of the goals to be achieved, are again the central themes to his training.
