More information: It’s the third annual SAF Young People’s Theater Summer Spectacular and do we have a show for you! “Pippi Longstocking” will be performed by 23 kids ages 8-10. It’s a musical version of the beloved tale about the larger-than- life redhead with amazing strength and a personality to match. The Summer Spectacular is an intensive drama workshop, which means these talented kids will be creating an entire play in just five days! In addition to “Pippi,” the group will be writing and performing two original mini-plays. This inventive performance will be offered free to the public at 1 p.m., Friday July 26, on the stage of the historic Sheridan Opera House.
