Telluride Foundation: Donor/Customer Relationship Workshop & More

unknownYou are invited to attend the following upcoming workshop in February offered by the Telluride Foundation. Save the dates for that  and Executive Director breakfasts in March. Send an email if you plan to attend any or all of these events: april@telluridefoundation.org

Donor/Customer Relationships Workshop: February 19, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Telluride Library Program Room:

The workshop will be taught by Kurt Friedmann, founder of The KJF Group, a consulting company that helps organizations listen to the opinions of their customers and take action to continually improve business outcomes.

Passionate about improving customer experiences, Friedmann has a 20-year background in customer feedback management, training and development, and sales management. He believes “the customer experience dictates the ultimate success of any business.”

During the workshop, participants will learn how to create a customer/donor journey map, which will help businesses and nonprofits identify, explore, and measure the various touch points in the customer/donor life cycle, as well as improve the customer/donor experience. According to Friedmann, “customers are customers,” so lessons learned from for-profit businesses are extremely relevant to nonprofits working with donors, and this workshop will help nonprofits to develop their own fundraising road map.
