Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and the music begins at 8 p.m.

This Durango- based indie soul project is comprised of Ashley Edwards vocals, lyrics, keys, guitar; Jesse Ogle bass; Easton Stuard keys, synth, organ; and Alex Morrow drums. The band tours constantly as a power quartet kicking the sound with a gutsy, fresh, soulful, raw energy over a tight rhythm section.

Their sound could be described as a well-lit, female-fronted eclectic soul child born into a sea of evocative bass heavy, disco-plated live percussive backbeats. Notably “salty, sweet, aggressive, and visceral,” Hello, Dollface delves into a genre touring sonic scope more associated with rock idioms, while throwing back deep grooves with new school ploys that seal the energy in this group of golden soul-funkster vagabonds.

Hello, Dollface is currently working on their new studio EP “Warrior of Light” debuting summer 2015. As a teaser, the band released a five- track “Live” EP, their first collection of live recordings as a kickoff for their busy touring calendar-boasting 230 shows in 2014, celebrating new music, establishing their roots in the west coast and playing their first international shows in Canada and Mexico.

The group raised $10,000 in a 30-day Kickstarter campaign to nationally distribute their 2012 release Virtue.

Additionally Hello, Dollface loves their community and works hard to give back as much as possible. They’ve hosted and participated in numerous benefits and have raised funds for scholarships with an array of non-profits in southwest Colorado.

In 2013, the band founded iAM MUSIC, a Durango-based 501(c)(3) non-profit music education program as well as professional artist network, through which they actively teach youth and adults and aim to bridge the gaps in traditional music education, giving artists a place to express themselves.
