Madeline Hotel and Residences in Mountain Village, Telluride, is pleased to announce that John Carter will join the AAA Four Diamond resort, as the new Director of Sales and Marketing. He brings a wealth of luxury hospitality experience to his new position.

John Carter returns to Telluride as new director of sales and marketing at Madeline Hotel & Residences.

Prior to returning to Telluride for the opportunity with Madeline Hotel and Residences, John Carter served as director at several mountain destination properties including The Resort at Squaw Creek, The Sky Hotel in Aspen, Colorado, and The Hotel Telluride in Telluride, Colorado. As a former Colorado Tourism Ambassador and current Harris Poll Travel Panelist, Carter’s research and insight reflects the evolving vanguard of travel.

Carter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University, as well as an Advanced Certification in Hospitality Marketing from the prestigious Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
