NEW LASER CENTER AT THE PEAKS

NEW LASER CENTER AT THE PEAKS

“Bubbles & Botox” party Monday, 2/27, 4 – 6 p.m. supports Telluride AIDS Benefit

Menus at The Peaks Resort & Spa have always been very very inviting, but recent  additions have upped the temptations. I am not, however, talking about food. The subject on the table is the menu of services at the hotel’s new Laser Center. Located within The Peaks‘ award-winning 42,000 square foot spa, the Laser Center is helmed by medical practitioners from the Laser Center of Maryland.

The team leader is Dr. Jared E. Mallalieu, a board-certified general surgeon, specializing in cosmetic surgery. A graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Mallalieu went on to complete his surgical residency at St. Agnes Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland. A cosmetic surgery fellowship from The Beverly Hills Cosmetic Surgical Group, Los Angeles, followed.

“At the Laser Center at The Peaks we want you to look as young as you feel. During your consultation, we will create a unique treatment plan designed specifically to meet your needs. By using the latest technology we minimize down time and maximize your results.”

Dr. Ross J. VanAntwerp is a pioneer in the field of laser surgery, having provided patients with the latest and greatest in the technology since 1989. VanAntwerp holds a dual board certification in internal and preventive medicine, and he is the medical director of the Laser Center of Maryland.

“Using my extensive experience, along with cutting edge laser technology, I am able to deliver superior results with little or no downtime,” he explains. “In many instances, we are able to combine multiple smaller procedures, which give substantial results.”

Jesse E. Mallalieu, MS, PA-C, pursued her passion for aesthetic medicine, taking courses at John Hopkins University in the Plastic and Reconstruction division. She later became part of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Team at Mercy Medical Center. Mallalieu specializes in a wide variety of injectables, including Botox, Juvéderm, Restylane, Perlane, Sculptra, and Radiesse.  She performs sclerotherapy for the treatment of spider veins and has over seven years of experience in laser skin rejuvenation.

“I believe each client deserves individualized care. I will listen to your needs, and create a unique treatment plan focused on achieving your desired results. Our goal at the Laser Center at The Peaks is to have you leave feeling renewed, rejuvenated and refreshed!”

Different laser options at the Laser Center at The Peaks include:
